Cross-Country
RCMS Cross Country: Registration Opens 8/27/25 and will close on 9/19/25
Informational Meeting: 9/15/25 5pm in the commons
Cross Country is a Fall sport in which teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain such as dirt or grass.
Athletic Eligibility
Participation is a privilege. Students are expected to act in a leadership role for members of the student body and always act in an exemplary manner that will be complementary to the team, school and community. Athletes should consider academics as their first priority.
Registration
All athletes MUST be approved before attending their first practice.
For approval, all athletes MUST have:
- a current NCSD sports physical (valid for 24 months to the day)
- paid athletic fee (or approved waiver)-see bookkeeper with any questions
- completed, and approved, online registration through FinalForms
Register your athlete through FinalForms. Please make sure that you are using only ONE FinalForms account.
Practice Schedule
Practice starts 9/22 and will be after school on Monday through Wednesday from 4:15pm - 5:15pm, students must be picked up by 5:20pm.
Meet Schedule
- 9/25/25: RCMS practice meet (at RCMS) @4:15
- 10/2/25: RCMS v. Rowe (at Rowe) @4:45
- 10/9/25: RCMS v. HVMS (at RCMS) @4:45
- 10/16/25: RCMS v. ACMS (at ACMS) @4:45
- 10/23/25: Staff/Parents v. Students (at RCMS) @4:45
- 10/29/25: Districts at North Clack Park @4:45
Optional Meet
- 11/2/25: State Meet at Western Oregon University
