RCMS Cross Country
Cross Country is a Fall sport in which teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain such as dirt or grass.

Athletic Eligibility
Participation is a privilege. Students are expected to act in a leadership role for members of the student body and always act in an exemplary manner that will be complementary to the team, school and community. Athletes should consider academics as their first priority.
Registration
All athletes MUST be approved before attending their first practice. For approval, all athletes MUST have a current NCSD sports physical (valid for 24 months to the day), paid athletic fee (or approved waiver), and a completed, and approved, online registration on Family ID.
Register your athlete through Family ID. Please make sure that you are using only ONE Family ID account.
Registration is currently open and will close on 9/20/24. Please note, no late registrations will be accepted.
Practice Schedule Practices will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 4:15-5:30pm starting on 9/23/24.
