The PeachJar system can take up to 24 hours to make the flyer live and start distribution to families and staff. Sending time-sensitive materials through PeachJar is not recommended. Below are the NCSD's Peachjar guidelines.
PeachJar Guidelines & Requirements
We recognize the value of enrichment programs hosted by local organizations that promote academic, athletic, and performing arts enrichment opportunities to students and families. We will share PeachJar flyers for non-profit or not-for-profit enrichment programs that take place within the boundaries of North Clackamas School District (the exception would be information from North Clackamas Parks & Recreation, State or County Services, or at the discretion of NCSD). Flyers must be ADA compliant, there must be a translated version into Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese or Chinese and, in an effort to ensure program accessibility to all students, programs must have an option for free or reduced fees for NCSD families with a district fee waiver.
Flyers for these programs must be submitted for approval via the PeachJar website. Solicitation, advertisements, and for-profit promotional materials will not be approved.
Fundraisers
All flyers promoting a fundraiser must be to the benefit of our students and staff. Fundraisers outside of NCSD will not be permitted.
Distribution and Approvals
The North Clackamas School District reserves the right to deny the distribution of any flyer that does not fall within the above guidelines. Flyers promoting local programs that compete with in-district opportunities for students or staff will be denied.
Flyers must say "NCSD does not sponsor or endorse the activities and/or information contained in this material."
Flyers must NOT contain material or images that:
- Are libelous;
- Are obscene;
- Advocate or promote illegal actions;
- Are likely to cause substantial disruption of or material interference of the educational environment, including material that is inappropriate based on age, grade level and/or maturity of the reading audience;
- Violate district policy;
- Advocate, promote, favor or oppose a candidate for elected office or a ballot measure.
